LG anuncia smartphones G7 One e G7 Fit - LG announces G7 One and G7 Fit smartphones for IFA 2018

A LG Electronics anunciou dois novos smartphones para ampliar a família “G”, encabeçada pelo LG G7 ThinQ. Tanto o G7 One como o G7 Fit devem ser mostrados durante a “2018 Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin” — a popular IFA 2018. O evento terá seu início em 31 de agosto e deve durar até o dia 5 de setembro, trazendo novidades de diversas empresas para o setor de consumo tecnológico (B2C).

Segundo o anúncio, ambos os aparelhos trazem “equilíbrio entre funções premium” e “preços excepcionais”. A grosso modo, não serão o novo top de linha da empresa, mas devem trazer funções que agradem aos gostos mais exigentes sem necessariamente exigir que o usuário gaste um alto valor na compra. As fichas técnicas (ver abaixo das imagens) do G7 One e G7 Fit certamente corroboram isso: o G7 One vem com sistema operacional Android One (mais tarde, a receber o Oreo e não o Android Pie), app Google Lens e compatibilidade com IA Cam (recurso de câmera que deve ser adicionado após o lançamento).

Já o G7 Fit conta com bateria de 3.000 mAh, Android Oreo e IA Cam de fábrica. Ambos os aparelhos terão processadores Qualcomm Snapdragon (835 para o One; 821 para o Fit), 4GB de RAM, câmeras traseiras de 16 megapixels e frontais de 8 megapixels. Ainda não há informação sobre data de lançamento ou preços para o mercado global, menos ainda para o Brasil.

LG Electronics has announced two new smartphones to extend the "G" family, headlined by the LG G7 ThinQ. Both the G7 One and the G7 Fit must be shown during the 2018 Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin - the popular IFA 2018. The event will begin on August 31st and should last until September 5, bringing news from various companies to the technological consumption sector (B2C).

According to the announcement, both handsets bring "balance between premium functions" and "exceptional prices". In a nutshell, they will not be the new top of the line, but they should bring functions that please the most demanding tastes without necessarily requiring the user to spend a high value on the purchase. The G7 One and G7 Fit technical data sheets (see below) certainly corroborate this: the G7 One comes with Android One operating system (later to receive the Oreo rather than the Android Pie), Google Lens app and IA compatibility Cam (camera feature that must be added after launch).

The G7 Fit features a 3000 mAh battery, Android Oreo and IA Cam factory. Both handsets will have Qualcomm Snapdragon processors (835 for One, 821 for Fit), 4GB of RAM, 16 megapixel rear cameras and 8-megapixel front-facing cameras. There is still no information on launch date or prices for the global market, let alone for Brazil.
