No entanto, conforme apontaram os resultados dos testes do PhoneArena, tendo em vista os principais carros-chefes dessa geração, o Sony Xperia XZ3 é o pior aparelho móvel em termos de autonomia de bateria.

Ainda segundo o site, este decepcionante tempo pode estar relacionado à capacidade da bateria, que é relativamente limitada para um dispositivo com tela 6 polegadas e com resolução Quad HD. Vale notar lembrar que o tempo de autonomia apresentado nos testes corresponde a condições de uso extremas, e que o aparelho consegue se manter ligado normalmente com o uso moderado ao longo do dia.
